Saw Dr. Matt today and his Assistant were fantastic! I was surprised at how easy, fast, and painless the process was. After dealing with the pain for 2.5 months, it was a welcomed treatment. Found out the throbbing pain from mid-October was the onset of the nerve dying from trauma it received. My crown was in good shape and learned that after time, some teeth need root canals after a crown. Great explanation and really enjoyed the visit and education. Thank you for easing my phobia.

When you make your appointment, make sure they take your insurance. I drove an hour just to be told that they won’t do the procedure since I don’t have $1,500 up front. Payment plan was half down! That’s insane.

I came in for a root canal and experienced some issues afterwards. I can't say enough good things as to how well the staff and Dr Nash treated me. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend Endo PC!

I have nothing but good things to say about my Dr. and Assistant/Hygienist that did my procedure, I am 100% pain free and pleased! However, the Office Manager and Support Staff could use some customer service refreshers. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and been alive for 46 and never have I treated a customer or been treated as a customer as terribly as I was at the WDM office. My dentist office referred me and scheduled my appt for the next morning. I heard her give my insurance info to the office and thought I would get call if I needed to know anything ahead of being there at 830 the next morning. I did not get a call, and when I arrived I was told I needed to pay $1283. out of pocket today, at the time of service. I was shocked to know that per their policy, I would have to pay today, no questions asked as I have had experience lately with oral surgeons whose staff willingly work with you on these things. As I attempted to check out, I tried to let them know that I have an additional insurance that would cover this amount, but instead of pulling me into an office to discuss what I was trying to tell them I was sternly told at the desk with multiple customers listening that it was their policy to collect today. I said that ~again~ because that was the only response I repeatedly got. When I could finally get the office manager to speak with the Fund Office for Local 33 on the phone call I had her on, it was discovered that I actually knew what I was talking about, much to the dismay I'm sure of the dark haired girl at the back desk that mocked me continuously with dirty looks and laughter. My warning to you is have your ducks in a row before going to your appointment so that you do not have an experience like I did with rude, unprofessional and condescending staff. I did get an "I'm sorry" as I left. If I were petty, I would have liked to ask the gal in the back if it was still super funny that I was leaving $1283 in the positive, but, I'm not petty.
