Insurance Information

For patients with dental insurance, we will estimate your portion and that will be your required payment on the day of your treatment. We will then file your insurance claim as a courtesy, provided we have a copy of your insurance card. There may be times when you have a remaining balance after your insurance carrier has paid their portion. In these instances, you will receive a statement from us in the mail.

If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will receive a statement from us in the mail. You are then responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier. Please be aware that it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, including any waiting periods, limits, and exclusions.  Please contact your insurance carrier or plan administrator if you are unsure about your policy.

Please contact our office to discuss our network participation with your insurance provider.
