Endodontics, P.C. requires payment on the day of your treatment. Prior to beginning treatment, you will receive a “Fee Schedule” with an estimated cost of treatment. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help you get the endodontic treatment you need.
If you have dental insurance, we will estimate your portion and that will be your required payment on the day of your treatment. We will then file your insurance claim as a courtesy, provided we have a copy of your insurance card. There may be times when you have a remaining balance after your insurance carrier has paid their portion. In these instances, you will receive a statement from us in the mail.
If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will receive a statement from us in the mail. You are then responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier. Please be aware that it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, including any waiting periods, limits, and exclusions.
A fee of $50 may be charged for patients who miss without notice or cancel more than 1 time in a calendar year without 24-hour notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments may cause you to not be able to be seen at Endodontics, P.C. This is determined at the discretion of the Business Manager. If this is the case, you will be notified in writing at the address you provided.
Endodontics, P.C. charges $25 for returned checks.
