Endodontics P.C.
Patient Review
Had a wonderful experience! Staff and dentist were extremely nice and compassionate. Everything was thoroughly explained and my options were presented very well. I was unable to get a root canal and had to be referred to get an extraction. The staff pushed to get me an appointment the same day.

Patient Review
What a horrible experience. The office assistant was argumentative and condescending. She refused to call my insurance for the exact amount I would owe after my treatment. I’ve had an abscess in my mouth for a week and after finding out that there are no in network Endodontists within a 100 miles, they decided to cancel my appointment because I questioned their policy. Their policy is to estimate charges instead of calling the insurance or doing a pre authorization. Once we found out that the information could be faxed and then expedited, they instead decided to be punitive and deny service. Most dentist who don’t have an exact amount will bill you so you don’t have to be reimbursed by the Insurance company. They refused to even call the insurance company. Like many businesses around here once they see you have an ethnic name they change their policies. It’s sad. These kinds of prejudice practice are full of implicit bias and are why our healthcare system is broken. POC beware these Endodontists. There are multiple locations. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Lilly is the best dental professional I've ever gone to. Went in super anxious (who likes going to the dentist) he put me at ease in moments. They had me in and out quickly, what was supposed to be one of the more intense dental operations you can have done was a breeze!

Grossly overpriced for most services! Only use them if there is an emergency situation like we had. Provider bills up to 232% of allowed charges for out of network care and doesn’t even have to deal with bad debts because they make you pay up front. Even on high priced root canal work they bill 168% of allowed, leaving you with a very large bill and very little reimbursement from insurance. The doctor should be ashamed of himself.

Endodontics, P.C. wasvery professional. Dr. Matt was very understanding, explained my options. I felt like I had all the need information I needed to make my decision. Nicole was very polite and knowledgeable. She was very good at explaining things and listened to my concerns. Nicole at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very polite. Great place, would recommend this office for any of your needs for root canals. I was informed of what insurance they take and what my out of pocket would be prior to my appointment.
