Love this office! I have had 2 root canals and an apicoectomy. Office staff is friendly and kind and I have so appreciated Drs. Lilly and Krell. They explain well, ease fears, and have a very gentle method of treatment. They made what I thought would be very stressful procedures not stressful at all. Highly recommend this office!

I went here a few months ago and got a root canal done. While I was there the Nurse & the Doctor were fantastic & I was glad I came here. The front desk had told me they verified my insurance & when I came in that I would owe them $200, which I paid when I got there. It turns out my insurance was at it's max for the year, so I now have a bill of almost $1000. Today I went through the most unprofessional conversation with a receptionist ever. I called to make a payment, as I don't have anywhere near $1000, & I was told by Linda that I was not allowed to make any payments on this, without a Care Credit Card. I told her I didn't have $1000 & wouldn't have $1000 anytime soon. So then she told me to apply for Care Credit, which I let her know that I was already denied for it. So she told me I could make a payment of half the cost today and the rest later. I told her that having those funds were impossible for me and I would like to be able to make smaller payments that I can afford to prevent it from going to collections. She got very rude with me & said that those were my only options. So I told her again that there was no way that I could make those payments. She then said "Well then I guess you will just have to wait and make payments to our collection agency" & hung up on me. Highly unprofessional to not only get an attitude with me because I'm not rich with $1000 laying around for a medical bill but to also hang up on me when I was no where near being rude to her!

July 2015 - Outstanding. A weekend in pain, a visit to the Emergency dentist, then the ER, then the oral surgent and and finally got the treatement I needed from here. Was scheduled for a consult but was in such bad shape they actually stayed late and did the procdure on me that day. SO thankful for Dr. Erickson and his staff.

Got a root canal procedure there in 2006 that went fine. A few weeks ago, I had a severe infection on that same tooth, and they weren't able to see me right away because they were booked. They refused to refer me to another place, telling me, 'they were the only specialists in town and don't do referrals'... Funny thing is, my referring dentist was able to get me in right away, which I found pretty insulting, and after speaking to my dental insurance provider I realized there were other options here locally. This place needs to get off of their high horse, and understand that without proper customer service people will pursue other options!
