Had been in severe pain for a couple days thinking I would tough it out. Finally decided on an optional plan and got a referral from my Dentist to see Dr Nash. They got me in within 3 hours. His nurse/dental assistant was excellent and answered my questions honestly and with as much detail as needed. Also, Dr Nash was very professional . The pain was in multiple teeth on left side and I had difficulty explaining which tooth hurt. He was able to do a few simple tests to identify the problem tooth. He did the root canal and I walked out of the office pain free. I actually took my wife dancing that evening so I can not say enough positive things.

I would say that my experience for my procedure was very good. I felt comfortable with the Dr, and assistants. I would recommend for procedures! What I'm extremely upset about is the billing/accounting office. I was referred by my primary dentist, and received a price of what my procedure would cost, while at my dentist's office. Had it broke down by what insurance would cover etc... I then show up to my apt, and they tell me my total, which is to the penny of what I was told at my dentists office upon receiving the referral. Give or take 1-2 months after my procedure, I received a bill for roughly an additional $150.00. I called quite upset about my bill, as I stated on phone call I had paid in full at time of my procedure. They said but you weren't charged for this or that. My response was how come I wasn't made aware of that PRIOR to me leaving the office? Twice I was given the same amount that I was supposed to pay. I was told Ashley ( I believe) would call me back as she wasn't in the office that day. I missed Ashley's call, and forgot about the situation. Until I received 1 or 2 more bills. I won't lie, I didn't make another attempt to call as I was pretty upset about the situation. I should have called. I will say whoever I spoke with on the phone was aware of the situation, and my concerns. I hope she passed those along to the person (Ashley) I was supposed to speak with, so the fact my concerns that I feel are just were completely ignored is also upsetting. I just received a letter from a collection agency for this $150. I look at the situation as when you get your hair done they say starting price is $150 for a highlight but say if more product is used could be more. Once you pay and walk our, your stylist isn't going to bill you because she forgot she used more product than she charged you for. Or a car repair shop says ok with work needed done I'll quote you..$100.00. You pay that, drive your car home and a month later they realize they didn't bill you for an extra hour of service? No that's your fault for missing that and the customer shouldn't have to pay. Am I wrong?

Do NOT give them your business. Last year I went in to have sensitivity on one of my back molars checked. The dentist suggested a root canal be down on BOTH of my back molars--but I stopped him and allowed him to continue on with the one "problem tooth" and a root canal/filling was placed in my tooth. Fast forward a year later and my filling where my root canal took place completely FALLS OUT while I'm flossing. FLOSSING! I promptly call after the long weekend and pay off my remaining balance to "be seen" only to be called back the NEXT DAY and told to go to a general dentist because this dentist that originally performed my root canal "won't fix it", but will refund me the $25 that it cost for the filling. No mention of FIXING THEIR PROBLEM instead I have to pay somebody else to fix their mistake and fill or crown the huge hole in my tooth AGAIN! I am IRATE! Do NOT give them your money!

Dr Lilly was awesome. I voiced my anxiety concerns. The only discomfort was from clamping down on the block and tickle from the edge of something on my nose. Thanks
