I had an amazing experience start to finish. The office was able to get me scheduled within a few days of me needing a tooth fixed up. Dr. Matt was wonderful; he explained the process, all my options, and the procedure was smooth and fast. I have zero pain and my tooth is as good as new. Thank you all!

Dr. Matts office. - I was scheduled near end of day for 7 am the next day. I advised I might not be able to get off work and would call if I needed to reschedule . I was not able to so I called and left a message as they were now closed. I called back to try to schedule a new appointment they were closed for a party. I called back again they weren’t able to get me in at a closer location just Dr. Matt’s office. They said I would be blacklisted if I didn’t show up. They must have called me the day before, but I was switching phone providers and the call did not come through until the day of my appointment. I heard 12:50 not 12:15 as soon as I received their message I called let them know I was on my way from out of town once I got there they said they cancelled it and tried to call me. They called 10 min prior to me arriving so I drove 36 min for nothing. The receptionist offered to schedule a new appointment I said I would wait until I had a more open schedule. My dentist office then attempted to call them and they said I was blacklisted. I take full responsibility for the second appointment as I must have misheard the time I also understand it is a business, but blacklisting after acting like you were willing to schedule another appointment while I there was in poor taste in my opinion. They also have a request to schedule an appointment online that only sends you an email requesting you to call not very efficient.

Personally I am not happy with my treatment at EndoPC. I find Dr. Becker to be brief, car-salesman-y and quick to breeze in and out like a racing pit-stop. I was referred to EndoPC by my primary dentist for a re-treatment on a previous root canal in May/June. After the treatment I’ve continued to have issues with the tooth, I’ve had to go back multiple times, and each time the infection continues to get worse. I get thrown antibiotics and that’s about it. His practitioner you have to repeat things multiple times and every visit she acts like she has no idea what you’ve had done previously. Overall just a terrible terrible experience.
