Lindsey J. Meder, D.D.S. |

Dr. Lindsey Meder was
born and raised in Solon, Iowa. She earned her bachelors degree from the
University of Iowa while playing basketball for the Hawkeyes. Upon graduation,
she was drafted into the Women's National Basketball Association where she
played for the Minnesota Lynx.
Dr. Meder then returned to dental school
and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2007. She was
awarded membership into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society.
Immediately upon graduation, she entered into her endodontic residency, where
she was chief resident, and graduated in 2009.
Dr. Meder began
practicing in West Des Moines in 2009. She is a member of the American
Assoication of Endodontists. Dr. Meder and her husband, Chris, reside in
Beaverdale. They are members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. In her free time,
she enjoys running, playing basketball, reading, and spending time with her
husband, daughter, and beagle. |

Keith V. Krell, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Keith Krell was
born and raised in Houston, Texas, but has now lived longer in Iowa than Texas!
He graduated from Washington University (St.Louis,Missouri) in 1970 and
immediately enlisted in the Navy. He was an instructor in the Dental
Technicians A School and received a Masters in
Sociology-Anthropology from United States International University, San Diego
in 1975. That same year he was hired at the University of Iowa, College of
Dentistry as the dental auxiliary utilization (DAU) instructor. He taught for 2
years and then began dental school. He graduated from the University of Iowa,
College of Dentistry in 1981 and immediately began his Residency in Endodontics
at the University of Iowa. He completed his residency and graduated with a
Masters of Science in 1983 and was hired as an Assistant Professor in
Endodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He was promoted to
Associate Professor and tenured in 1986. He was the Graduate Program Director
until April,1989 , when he left the university to join Dr. Leuck and Jungmann
in full-time private practice. He has been an adjunct Professor in the
Department of Endodontics at the University of Iowa since he left full-time
teaching.
Dr. Krell maintained his military affiliation after his
active duty in the Navy and in 1993 retired from the Iowa Army National Guard
as a Lt. Colonel with 22 years of military service.
Dr. Krell has been
a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 1986 and is a past
President of the American Board of Endodontics. He is a past District V
Director of the |

American Association of
Endodontists. Dr. Krell is now a Trustee for the American Association of
Endodontists Foundation and is Vice-President. He is a member of the
Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, a Fellow of the International
College of Dentists and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He has
written five chapters for current textbooks and has published 43 articles and
38 abstracts. He has lectured nationally and internationally. He is a past
president for the Iowa Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Krell and his
wife, Diane, have two married children, and three grandsons and two
granddaughters. The have been members of Plymouth Congregational Church since
1989 where Dr. Krell was also a deacon for 3 years. In his spare time, Dr.
Krell enjoys family activities, babysitting, playing and collecting guitars and
fishing. |

TY Erickson, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Ty Erickson was born
in Charleston, South Carolina. With his father in the military, Dr. Erickson
traveled extensively when he was young, even living in Alaska for a time. In
his travels and schooling, Dr. Erickson learned Spanish as a second language.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Science degree from the
University of Illinois in 1989 and his dental degree from the University of
Iowa in June of 1995. Upon completing dental school, Dr. Erickson entered the
endodontic program at the University of Iowa, and graduated in June, 1998.
Immediately after graduation, he joined Drs. Leuck, Jungmann and Krell
at Endodontics, P.C. In 2001, Dr. Erickson became a Diplomate of the American
Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Erickson lives in West Des Moines with his
wife, Kim, and their two children, Ellie and Cole. They attend Sacred Heart
Church. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an avid golfer.
He once completed root canal therapy on Fuzzy Zeller so that Mr. Zeller could
continue playing golf while in Des Moines. |

Jeffrey P. Lilly, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Jeff Lilly was born
in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and graduated from Regis High School. He continued his
education at the University of Iowa. Dr. Lilly then entered dental school at
the University of Iowa and graduated in 1993. He was awarded membership in the
Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society.
Postgraduate training
included a residency in Oral Medicine and a residency in Endodontics. He
received his Master of Science degree during that time. He also spent one year
at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics doing a General Practice
Residency.
Dr. Lilly has been practicing in West Des Moines since 1998.
Dr. Lilly is extensively published in the dental literature and continues to
teach at the University of Iowa. He became Board Certified in Endodontics in
2001. He is also very active in the American Association of Endodontics.
Dr. Lilly and his wife, Lynn, have three children, Megan, Caroline, and
Jack. They are members of St. Pius X Catholic Church. In his spare time, Dr.
Lilly enjoys family activities, Hawkeye sports, and golfing. |

Thomas D. Becker, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Thomas Becker grew
up inGlenwood, Iowa. He earned a B.S. in Biology degree from Creighton
University and his dental degree from the University of Iowa. Upon completing
dental school, Dr. Becker entered active duty in the United States Army and
moved to Fort Carson, Colorado where he completed a one year advance general
dentistry program. Dr. Becker served in the Army for 9 years being stationed at
Ft. Carson, Ft. Riley, Kuwait, Ft. Gordon and Ft. Leonard Wood.
In
2005, Dr. Becker completed his Endodontic specialty training at Fort Gordon, GA
and earned a Master's degree in Oral Biology from the Medical College of
Georgia.
In 2006, Dr. Becker was awarded the Fellowship designation
from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Becker became a Diplomate of
the American Board of Endodontics in 2008.
Dr. Becker joined
Endodontics P.C. in 2008.
Dr. Becker enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing
and spending time with his wife and three children. |

Gary D. Matt, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Gary Matt was born
and raised in Marshalltown, Iowa. He completed his undergraduate studies at The
University of Notre Dame in 1994. Dr. Matt earned his dental degree from the
University of Iowa in 1998 and was awarded membership in the honorary dental
society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Following a Naval scholarship for his
dental school training, Dr. Matt served in the United States Navy Dental Corps
for seven years. He received his postgraduate endodontics residency training at
the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, along with his Masters
Degree from George Washington University in 2003.
Dr. Matt began
practicing in West Des Moines in 2008 following three years of private practice
in the Quad Cities. He has taught at the University of Iowa since 2005 and
became Board certified in 2009.
Dr. Matt and his wife, Courtney, have
three children and reside in Johnston. They are members of St. Pius X Catholic
Church. In his spare time, Dr. Matt enjoys family activities, golfing, fishing,
Fighting Irish and Hawkeye sports. |
